Why don't you use the integrated "Manage Download" build-in functionality on the fileconnect - it allows as well to resume the downloads or download queueing:. Thats not totally true.
A few times we have had a "you have reached the maximum number of downloads for this key" error Or something similarly worded when downloading files. Have had to contact symantec to unlock it.
